Extra Easy 1st day in 2nd week

Hi all, I'm feeling rather strange! I've been following the plan 100% but just feel so deflated and Like I've done something wrong, I had weigh in last night and lost a whopping 5 1/2lb but feel so rubbish! I dont know of it's pregnancy hormones or what but itsdriving me nuts :-(
 
Wow that was some loss well done ;) dunno about feelings today :( I only lost half pound !!! But it was still a loss ;) u might feel better tomm ;)
 
Oh Hun don't feel down,read over what you've eaten and have another little read through your newbie pack. You've done really well!
Sometimes I have days where for no particular reason I feel like I've messed everything up but it's never true!
You have 6 more days to get another great loss! Good luck sweetie! X
 
There's been a lot of buzz and talk about fabulous first weeks on the forum recently, and what you're experiencing is the reality of the 2nd week of your new eating plan... the hard work starts here, when you realise you have found a way to healthily, steadily lose weight for good... its a lot to take in!!

Your initial loss is fabulous, and if you continue to stick to plan, reading your books, logging your food into your diary and sticking within the generous syn limit this week you will have another good loss and possibly get to your first award for half a stone lost... keep that goal in mind, knowing that it really does work!!

Good luck and chin up, the second week is always harder than the first but you can do this!! xxxxxx
