Weetabix - Healthy Extra??

hi, started the diet again yesterday and usually just have one weetabix when im dieting, i thought 1 weetabix is 1 healthy extra, is that right or can i be naughty and have 2?????

Have two and don't feel naughty at all! 2 weetabix = 1 HEB choice

If you want to feel a bit naughty have 2 chocolate weetabix for 1 HEB + 2syns

How about Oatibix, are they HEx too? I'm having the flakes at the mo but would like to try the "bix".
