ive been at target now for 10 weeks and yes im a consultant the question is how do you manage to stay within range??
today i lost 2lb which means im at the bottom end, even though ive added an HEb (im a green girl so thats 3 per day) dont do dairy very well
i just find it a mental battle to not see those + signs on my book??
so what do you do to stay in target??
have you moved your target and lost more weight??
