Slimming World on youtube

Just stumbled across someone doing a SW recipe on youtube (diet coke chicken) so did a general search on there for SW recipes..... and there's LOADS.

Don't know about you but I find it sooo much easier to follow a recipe once I've seen it done, rather than just reading it!

Anyway, you probably all already know about it but just in case any of you don't ..... just do a search for slimming world recipes and all sorts pops up (you can also search for SW before and after too)!!

(in ref to 1st vid) Cor blige he killed that chicken, cooking it for 30 minutes and then baking it as well, must have been tough as old boots lol

I also noticed there is no 1/3 superfree with any of the recipes.

have a look at this been running out of recipe ideas and i cant just live on pasta lol
