i started cd on the 3rd at midnight and weighed myself then i had my start weight with my cdc on the 6th so i have 2 different start dates. when i weighed myself sunday night on my scales i had lost 14lb but on hers next morning i had lost 2lb. what do i do?? because mine gave me a great boost but hers made me miserable. but could mine be telling fibs and hers are accurate but could mine be accurate and hers telling fibs lol. i really dont know.

Same thing happened to me.. i was 10lbs lighter on my gym scales.. they assured me they were calibrated correctly so I took that number but I still feel 10lbs heavier and I have to do the math every time I step on my scales at home.. I'm just going to concentrate on losing the weight and I'll see when I get to my goal weight on the gym scales if i feel that I need to lose more then I'll switch to my scales to get the last 10 off :)

It's frustrating but you need to decide if you want to go by your scales as you might be cheating yourself but it might force yourself to work harder by going by theirs. Find out first how often they calibrate their scales and you can always take a 10lb weight and see if yours are off too.

and remember.. a loss is a loss.. whether it's 2 or 14 :D

how was your W.I this week ?
