just noticed on the other thread you live in Durham.

Where is your cdc based, I may be on the look out for a new one if I can get back into this.

Been doing ww for a bit but no good!!!

Trying a day one again today, i am full of cold so may find it easier as I can't be arsed to eat anyway!!!

My CDC is based at Byers Green near Spennymoor, takes me around 30 minutes or so to get there from near TFM.
