Hi there, I don't have a free receipe but wonder how you would count a soup made from chicken left overs and boiling the bones for the flavour???
Hopefully someone will know what the syn values are for this as once you have a stock you can use it for risotto or chicken soup then soften potatoes and blend them to make a think soup.
