Hi I'm new here and looking to try and lose 2/3 stone for my wedding in June but I'm still trying to work out what I'm aloud to have on my green and red days I would be really grateful for anyones help thx you .

I don't know if you got my last message/thread/post as I am new to this and not sure if I am doing this right haha! Firstly congratulations on your wedding!

Secondly have you not been told to try the extra easy rather than the red and green days? I started in September and find the extra easy days much better than the red and green days. Well when I say better I mean easier as there is more of what you can have and you dont have to weigh or measure anything other than your a and b choices! It may seem abit daunting if you are just used to doing red and green days but trust me they do call it extra easy for a reason!

Hi no I didn't get ur last msg so what do u eat for the extra easy ? Has I don't go slimmers world has I've 2 little ones and my partner works all different times and hope u do well too.
 
Basically the extra easy is where you can eat as much pasta, rice, potatoes, veg, and free fruit that you want. As well as being able to have all of your lean meats without having to weigh anything, and then you just have 1 a choice and 1 b choice. You just have to make sure a third of your meal is fruit/veg.
