iv been refeeding since thursday and although i havent been sticking to it 100% i havent eaten anything i shouldnt i just havent eaten all they say i should i am only eating grilled chicken lettuce cucumber tomato scullions peppers bean shoots and pickled onions (which i was told was allowed) i am trying to have 2 lipotrim products each day but dont always have the 2. will this make me gain weight? i am still having 4 litres a day too x x
