Just thought I'd let you know...

It's day 8 and today I have the sh*t* hehehe

This is the what I class as the clearing out stage... The last of any food/crap coming out of ya lol

So happy happy cause after this I prob won't go again without help !!

I must say I had a heaped teaspoon of fibre clear in my shake last night.......and the world is a better place!!! although it was a bugger to mix and I could taste a bit of grainy-ness. Sounds stupid but I feel a bit more light-headed and spaced out today, probably coz I'm totally empty!!!!!!
