bride to be ...40 pound to go

I am looking for a weight loss buddy, motivation stories ect
Im 23 and got engaged on xmas. I started my exercise n slum fast diet monday n am down 9 pounds already
but its getting harder with temptation
Im 5'6 207 pounds. I've lost 50 before after my 1st child and now need to loose 50 more. Any one help?

Well, I'm a newlywed and because of working two jobs and being a full-time student I gained weight before my marriage instead of losing it as I had planned.

My tips? Keep a picture of the wedding dress you want on the fridge/cupboard/pantry.

I have around the same weight to lose and I start TODAY. Good luck! :wavey:
