Hi all
As u can see i posted in the main forum that i was goin for a meal on thurs with my work colleagues, im optin for steak n salad or steak n baked potato, i fancy a sauce with it as i don’t like dry food, anyone any idea on how many syns in pepper sauce?

You can't get it from the generic products search on Slimming World.
And any individual restaurant will use its own recipe so it's going to be hard to calculate.

You might have to do a guess, and just keep your other syns as low as possible that day.

yeah i thought that i looked thru some brands and highest one was 7 syns so was thinkin for aimin around that? or do u think id be best with gravy?
