Hey ladies!!

I haven't been on this in ages but it's great to see everyone is getting on so well! I did the diet last year and lost over 2stone and bar the odd naughty couple of pounds I've kept it off

Since the diet is super amazing I decided to become a counsellor myself, getting my first delivery tomorrow! I'm very excited (now all I need are dieters haha)

I would love to do this too and help people the way that I have been helped.

Thanks Sacred! I'm often asked how I lost the weight and it made me think "why just tell them when I can show and help them" so ta da here I am!!

congrats on becoming a cdc im sure you will do fine, the dieter will be queing up at your door in no time im sure xx

Thankyou x I lost it gradually over 2 yrs doing a bit of everything lol

I cheated with the last stone and a half with 810 plan last yr then took a break over the summer. Have started back this week to finish my journey

You've done so well on your own! I'm sure you'll be thrilled to reach that final goal. I'm going to follow one of the higher plans to reach my goal, starting tomorrow. It should take about a month (I hope anyway!) and then no more dieting for me, just enjoying food the right way
