1st weigh-in....lost 11lbs!!

Yea Yea Yea.....had my first weigh in this morning and lost 11lbs All the tears and headaches have paid off!!!

So went to the doc to get the "seeing black spots" questioned and my blood pressure is actually low and doc not happy Im on this (he is old school) After talking to my pharmacist I am going to try maintenance for a week or two to see is TFR the reason that my blood pressure is not right and will go from there. Was getting the black spots while driving and that scared me so need to address this prob. Afraid Ill put that weight back on but pharmacist has assured me that if I stick with the maintenance plan and maybe try day 2 for the next week or 2 that there is no reason that I wont keep losing so that is reassuring.
Im going to stay on this for the next week or 2 to post my loses and see how the others are doing and will go from there.
