Hi, I would really like to hear peoples suggestions for a suitable alternative to Muller light yogurts. They must be syn free please. Which are creamier or tastier than muller. Mullers are ok but I am sure there must be better tasting ones out there! Also is fromage frais a decent alternative and is it free.

Fat free activia ones are really nice - very creamy. Shape are supposed to be nice too but haven't tried them. Mullers are quite runny aren't they?

They are quite runny! I want something that feels a little bit more of a dessert than runny fruit!!! If you know what I mean... Will poss try these activia or shape zero.

Thanks to everyone who replies - I like and trust peoples opinions rather than what a tv advert says.

You will find a whole thread with a list of all the syn free yoghurts that are available

I can't take Mullerlights because they are not veggie friend but like the activia fat free and onken fat free ones.

The activia ones are nice but have got added sugar in then the shape zero ones I think are better as no extra added sugar xx

I've been getting the WeightWatchers dessert recipe ones, which used to be free last time I did SW two years ago but worth checking before you get any as I don't have a food directory at the mo.

Muller light are not good!
I second everyone else. Activia fat free are thick and creamy and yum!
And shape zero are good too.

I like tesco fat free large natural yogurt in a bowl with frozen berries and honey. Just syn the honey but that is such a nice desert!!!!

Shape Zero for me - veggie, thick, fruity, creamy, yummy!

The Activia Fat Free vanilla yogurts are divine - I don't usually like vanilla flavoured things as they're just a bit bland, but the Activia are lovely. On offer at Asda at the moment I believe!!

Not all the activia ones are veggie either. I saw cochineal in some of them

I LOVE the onken ff vanilla and stawberry. I tend to buy 2 big pots and decant into tuppers for school. :)

Bit of a (sweeping) statement is that.

So recommend me a new strawberry yoghurt to try- must be strawberry and free of course.

Too many choices for me to randomly go through them all lol.

but ummm muller are so nice lol i have one with a scan bran in it i soften it in water firts then leave it in a yog all day and by unch time it is all soft and scrummy lol best in the toffee one of vanilla xx

I vote for Activia fat free yoghurts (although the peach one's are half a syn each) and the WW dessert recipe yoghurts are nice as a pud :p
