Hi I am folloing SW but due to circumstance cannot attend classes, does anyone know how many syns there are in Harry Ramsdens gravy mix and Colmans season and shake.

Havnt got a clue sorry BUT if you go on eBay themes loads of sw books for sale so it may be in there. Good luck x

You will be able to work out the syns in both these products using the 1 syn for every 20 calories "rule" as there are no free foods in them.
