Sleepless in South Wales......

Yep not quite as exotic as Seattle but sleepless all the same.... Which is not good when the alarm is due to go off in 90mins.... This is the start of day six for me and first day back at work for ages so not good!!!!
Already gave up and went and waged and dried my hair at 4am.... Not quite Arse enough to do housework... So here I am, led next to a snoring husband and wonder what tips you lovely people have for me to try and get to sleep.....

i also had a bad nights sleep. ended up with 4 in my bed and i got kicked down to the feet end!!

Hope you managed to get some sleep Shimmy. I generally have the opposite problem - I get to sleep in seconds of my head hitting the pillow but am up from 4 or 5am.

Good morning Shimmy, hope last night was a better night, I am an insomniac and average about 3-4hrs a night so I know exactly what you went through.
