I have 62lb to lose....

Almost 100!! :-0

Although am not looking at it like that, am looking at it that 'this week I have some weight to lose'. Fast or slow I'll just be happy to see it disappear!!

sounds like a good plan. :) in that case i have 2lb to lose. i'll set myself a week to do that and when i am successful i can set a new target!
 
116 lbs to lose here :cry:

Only started propoints Thurs gone and aiming for a little off every wk rather than all off by so and so, as I always get depressed thinking how long it will take me to be slim

way I see it I didn't put on the weight overnight so I won't lose it overnight am aiming for a 2lb loss every wk ;)
 
I am hoping for about 60-65 more. And like you i am hoping for little losses each week :)

I am pg at the moment but reckon after the babies are born I will have about 56lb to bring me down to a healthy weight range but ideally I would like to lose a bit morfe than that at about 66lbs to bring my bmi well in to thhe healthy range. I will be having the twins in April so hoping to use propoints until then as a way of not gaining to much in pg and then i'm giving myself a year to lose the weight so will be aiming for around 1-1.5lbs per week, think that is realistic.

66lb for me so I can get into the healthy weight and BMI range. Although I now my ideal weight I am taking each 1/2 stone at a time. I love it when people actually notice you have lost weight.

What about exercise are any of you doing any to boost your weight loss.

I have a catalogue of excuses as to why i haven't tried to exercise for a while, bnut i am aiming to try to run 5km in May so I better start doing something soon.

I have about 32-38 pounds to lose!

I want to go from 12 stone 11 to 10 - 10 and half stone!!

I have lost 5 pounds so far in 2 weeks, which I am pleased with. Want to keep it between 2.5-4 every week if I can!!
Got my 21st birthday party on 5th of Feb and want to look the best I can!! lol xx
 
I have 31lbs to lose but at my start weight i had 52.5lbs to lose so im nearly half way, and ive only been doing pp for 9wks.

Hi, I am 14.2 stone and would love to be around 10.4 so have 4 stone to loose. Taking it at 7lb at a time so i dont get disheartned. First weigh in tomorrow morning fingers crossed I have lost a few pounds :)

Approx 140lbs - just had a real blow out whilst watching biggest loser! Really annoyed with myself now. TOTM doesn't help (not that I'm using that as an excuse).

Think I need either my jaws wired (although I would prob liquidise a mars bar) or my stomach stapled!

Sorry but just need to have a moan cause I am just so so so annoyed with myself.:(
 
i have 11 lb left:D started off a few months back with 3 stone to lose,,thought i'd never get there,,slow and steady is the way to go!!!
