I am logging what I eat (Inc the shakes etc) on MyFitnessPal and am supposed to be following the 810 plan.
Whatever I do though, I can`t seem to balance my Cals and Protein
I am still only getting just under 600cals a day, Well under the 810 so I have tried to add extra food inc fat free natural yogourt, But if I do that, It makes me go over on my Protein :sigh:
Any ideas anyone please?

P.s. Even with adding enough to affect my protein, I`m still nowhere near 810 cals
