set on my final goal

Today am on end of my second day and feeling now a bit dizzy as i checked and ketosis is kicking in but should get better tomorrow..
My goal is to weight 10st by May.
Now im 13st5lb:sigh: so i think i could do it..:)

Any motivation tips or what to do if a bad day comes...?
 
Hi there neighbour (I live in Camberley ;) ) and welcome :)

I cannot say it enough...WATER WATER WATER!! It really does make a difference with both weight loss and helping with hunger pangs. Green Tea is also good and you can drink as much of it as you like :D

If you need to get away from food - Family meal times etc, Go have a nice soak in the bath reading your book, Paint your nails, Go for a walk...Anything to keep you occupied and also again, Chugg some water ;)

gdgd ;) I`ve gone from sometimes not drinking at all in the day to downing 4L :eek:
 
Yes it is extremely possible, I lost 54lbs in 13 weeks.
My advice is do the maintenance properly and also incorporate exersize.......as 16 months later I am back at square one and on day 2 of SS, finally going to do it right this time !
