I'm back for good this time

Just came across this site tried to become a member and was already one, joined same time last year.... not good as I'm 1stone heavier now I want to cry.

I have 3 stone to loose, my first target is 1 and half stone by 27th Feb (being a bridesmaid;))
1st weigh in Slimming world yesterday.
Went a bit wrong yesterday, forgot I'd started I think but today its go go go.
green day.

Breakfast
2 weetabix, skimmed milk and banana

Lunch
2 w/m bread 2 boiled eggs and 2 tablespoons of baked beans. flora light.
Rubarb muller light yog with strawberries, apple, grapes, raspberries.

Snack
satsuma and handful of cherries.

Dinner
low fat chicken and herb supernoodles with stir fry vegetables
sugar free jelly.

I wish i could stop thinking about food. Really really want to do this, I don't want to fail again:mad:
