Does anyone have any idea how many syns there are in Harry Ramsdens gravy mix or the new Colmans Season and Shake (lush). Thanx

The rustic chicken flavour season & shake is 5 sins and the paprika and med veg are 3.5. Well worth it in my opinion, they are lush !!!!!!

I now have the syns for colmans season and shake (which are lovely) but not yet for gravy mis or the tiger tiger salad dressing. thanx
