Hello,
Well in order to lose weight and get fit and healthy, I understand that I cannot continue my diet of everything that is bad.
I never really eat breakfast (a bad move..I know) and my lunch and dinner is normally very high in fat (fast food etc). I also tend to snack alot.
I need to sort out my diet completely, just going to the gym won't do it!
I quite like chicken, and tomato based stuff (pastas with bolognaise sauce etc) and I am a fussy eater, so as you can imagine it's tricky finding something healthy that I like!
