If I am having milk as HEA and bread as HEB then I need to syn 2 weetabix?
Correct ???

Am I better off have the weetabix as HEB and syning the bread, 2 slices Warburtons Wholemeal?

what size are the slices of bread? I don't remember seeing small slices of warburtons so are the large size? If so then it would only be one slice for a HEB

Most HEBs are around 6 syns so no real difference in whether you choose to syn the cereal or the bread

The warburtons is from a small (400g) loaf. It's the healthy inside stuff

Thanks for the 6 syn info though. That makes things a bit easier for me to understand
