Best way to make up the shakes etc

Hi all and thanks for all the great support hints and tips. However! Can anyone help me with the following?

How to stop the tomato soup going thick and lumpy (even when add extra hot water)

Best way to mix the shakes / soups

I've added coffee to the vanilla shake, this makes a huge difference to the taste any other similar suggestions?

I use an electric hand whisk thingy to make my shakes and soups, but if I dont have one on me when Im out, I add a little bit of water and mix into a thick paste, then add the rest of the water slowly and mix it well.

I had sweetner into all my shakes and makes them much nicer.
