Any brides getting married in June? Looking for a Cambridge diet weightloss buddy!

Getting married in June in Ibiza! Have put on 3 stone in the last two years...and desperatley want to lose 3.7lbs before my wedding day so I can be my dream size 10!!

Not only do I have the pressure of having all our friends and family see my celulite & woobly bits round the pool....my bridesmaids are also a size 8 or 10!!! Do ot want to be a fat bride!!!

Started Cambridge again on Tueday really struggled sticking with it..but have already lost 6lbs! I am going to really try this weekend as would really like to get into ketosis..as I heard that makes it easier...

Just had two shakes this morning and I am off for a run!

Would love to hear from any other brides to be out there....please get in touch so we can support each other!

How is your first week of Cambridge?

Mine went really bad! Tip ..do not start your first week the week you are due on...my hormones were all over the place! I didn't do it 100%...so I started again properly yesterday ....
I will weigh myself nexct tuesday...as I am away for work and cant meet my councellor...hopefully by then I will have lost lots of weight and it will keep me motivated!

So how has your first week been? What have been your highs and lows?
