Hiya I'm Rebecca and I am hoping to lose about 70 pounds. I drink alcohol about twice a week, and a lot of it. I was just wondering if anyone has any idea if cutting this out would help me out alot.
 
Hi Rebecca, I think it depends on what you're drinking. Shorts with diet mixers are always preferable to pints of lager or glasses of wine. I think a glass of wine can be the equivalent of a jam doughnut and a pint of lager a slice of pizza. I know loads of people who still go out and drink and lose weight. It just means they are good the rest of the time. What plan are you following? Lisa
 
I'm following weight watchers at the minute, going well so far. I drink all sorts so I think cutting back is a good idea
 
hi rebecca and welcome u will cut it out just need to change what ur drinking and count it as part of diet, maybe i no it sounds daft change the size of ur glass have a smaller one and just sip it. this might sound silly but once u get in rountine of this then it might work then cuttin it straight out
