Spongebobb's Diary

Hello everyone :)

I'm starting my weightloss journey today. But before I start it, can someone please answer my question?

I'm a young girl, and I'm really worried about saggy boobs. (And sagginess elsewhere btw!)

If I reduce my calories, and lose weight that way, then I'm just going to see my body deflate. >>leading to sagginess everywhere

but if i keep my calories up, and EXERCISE, is that going to help my body look better? >>>i.e less sagginess?

What I'm really trying to ask is, if I exercise instead of reducing calories, is my weightloss going to cause LESS SAGGINESS?

if anyone is still reading and managed to make any sense of my mumo jumbo

is it better if I lose weight steady? Rather then exercise hard and lose alot in a short period? Is that going to cause more sagginess?

oh god i just want to do the method that will cause the least sagginess :sigh: if u understand what I mean?

thank you everyone

As a young girl I honestly dont think you will suffer from sagginess.

When I was 18 I lost 3 + stone and didnt suffer. I did some small amounts of exercise on a bike and exercise tapes.

Try not to worry too much I really think you will be ok just dont starve yourself, eat healthily and enjoy some exercise  a combination of things can only help.

Soccer mum is right as long as you do it in a controlled way as a young person you should be fine, a combination of exercise and sensible diet is the sensible way to go.

Exercise will help to keep the body toned but reducing calories in a controlled way will help shift the fatty stores from the body quicker.

Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!
