Food diary 2011

Monday 3rd January - Extra Easy

Breakfast - Beans on toast using 2 pieces 400g wholemeal bread (HE B) and 2 fried eggs using Fry Light

Lunch - Cheese, leek and ham pasta 'n' sauce packet (1/2 syn)

Tea - Homemade chicken curry (using chopped tomatoes, onion, herbs and spices) with homemade chips made with Fry Light

Snacks - Piece of cooked chicken and half a portion of homemade Slimming World quiche (was giving it a taster!)

Drinks - Coffee and tea with milk (HE A), low calorie squash, diet soft drink
 
Must have crossed posts, day one looks good, how have you found it?, try and eat your superfree veg/fruit with your meals, am convinced it makes you lose quicker as you are full for longer, I always start by plating the superfree first that way i can't reduce the 1/3 size portion if you know what i mean, good luck for wi, donna x
 
Tuesday 4th January - Green

Breakfast - Muller Light yogurt (1 syn) with some grapes

Lunch - Homemade leek and potato soup with 2 pieces 400g wholemeal bread (HE B)

Tea - Pasta with chopped vegetables, light Philadelphia (HE A) and some parmesan cheese (HE B)

Snacks - 2 portions of homemade quiche, an apple

Drinks - Coffee with milk (HE A), low calorie squash, diet soft drink
 
Thanks Donna, I started Slimming World in January 2009 and since then I have lost a lot of weight but over Christmas I have put some of it back on!

I have stopped going to weigh ins due to the cost, my New Year resolution is to save money! So me and my friend are going to weigh ourselves weekly at the gym and I thought I would come on here for support too :)

I love Slimming World, best diet in the world! I am never hungry! I should eat more superfree food though but i tend to lose weight even if i don't... maybe its because i'm young! Who knows but im not complaning! And due to the work i do at the gym i believe that helps!

I'm off to Amsterdam on Monday for a few days so im hoping for a couple of pounds off this week so i dont feel as bad when i am away!

How are you finding SW? I hope you enjoy reading my diary x

Tea - River cobbler, homemade chips made with Fry Light, mushy peas and 2 pieces 400g wholemeal bread (HE B)

Snacks -
2 portions of homemade quiche and some sugar free jelly with fruit in

Drinks - Coffee and tea with milk (HE A), low calorie squash, diet soft drink
 
Thursday 6th January - Extra Easy

Breakfast - Muller Light yogurt (1 syn) and some grapes

Lunch - Homemade leek and potato soup

Tea - Homemade curry and rice

Snacks -
2 portions of homemade quiche, some sugar free jelly with fruit in and an egg mayonnaise sandwich using 2 pieces 400g wholemeal bread (HE B) and 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise (1 syn)

Drinks - Coffee and tea with milk (HE A), diet soft drink

my husband and i are going it alone, mainly because we can't stay to class cos its late in the evening, so paying someone £10 a week to weigh us is daylight robbery! I find everything i need here

Enjoy amsterdam i have always wanted to go...
