Struggling ~ kicks needed

I weighed on Tuesday and saw a decrease....

ever since I have been eating for England. And its getting on my nerves. I know money is tight so I shouldn't indulge but I get stressed so I eat which makes me more stressed which leads me to eating more.

I am determined to get to goal this year and I'm trying to shift the way I think ~ why is that so hard?

Why do I shoot myself in the foot?

Guess I need to kick myself up the butttttttttttttt!!!, give myself a stuiff talking to and revamp my mind.

If anyone has any other ideas I'll more than welcome them....

I'm going to bed early so I can't do any more damage.
