Tonight my mum is cooking minted lamb chops from the butchers. Does anyone have any ideas on syns for them?

I'm really not sure on this, I expect every butcher puts different things in but mint sauce for 1tbsp is 1 syn.

Oh and of course a lamb chop would be free on EE or red with all fat cut off or 4 syns with fat.
