Well I had the shock of my life last night when I went for my first WI with my CDC

After being for my Wii Fit weighing me as 11st 10lbs in the morning, My CDCs scales made me TWELVE!!! Stone :cry::cry::cry:
I don`t get huge losses as I have a naff body But I`m hopeful for a decent first weekly loss.
My official WI day is a Monday so I can pop in after work in the evening, So this week will be a short one!
