So my headaches had gone and so had the most of the hunger pangs. Was fine....until about 20 mins ago. Headaches back with a vengeance.....probably not diet related on day 5, but a pain all the same, ouch!

Anadian Extras. About £1.50 a packet. Swallow a couple. Headache goes. Trust me, I'm a Doctor.

Legend u sure are funny....but i can only take paracetamol, and they have already been taken!

I am same as you, day five keep getting the headaches, I just think it's all the rubbish toxins I've eaten over the last three years, I'm not looking forward to being freezing all the time though, when I did cambridge three years ago all the pictures of me have a red nose where it was so cold x

Yeah Dutch im the same....so so cold! I can deal with that, few extra layers, heating on and good to go. But the headaches i hate! x

I'm really cold and headachey again too, my fire's struggling tonight
Paracetamol taken (I thought you were a teacher Legend? Moonlighting, eh?) so I should pick up again in time for the soaps!
