Just a quick note on measuring your HEXs. I have been grating cheese for my HEX A and was pleasantly surprised at how much I had for 28g. Today I was lazy and decided to buy pre grated cheese and when I weighed it there was less than half of what I had previously. Hopefully you always measure you HEX this is just to say please do because I was tempted to estimate using the pot I normally used to take my cheese to work. If I had I would have actually had about 80g. :-o
