Thanks Pesty, I was determined I was not going to go over 15! I need to get some speed food in though. I was surprised the sprouts weren't. I will have to go shopping and get stocked up to stop me going off the rails! Enjoy your dinner at the pub, we have all got to live a little once in a while so enjoy it. My night out is next Friday, dinner, drinks and dancing on tables! :party0048:

I know, I know.... I am going to get my hands slapped (or feet possibly?!) but I just had to step on those damn scales :ashamed0005: They are showing a 3lb loss so far so I am chuffed with the result but promised myself not to step on them again until WI next Thursday!

Ooh do like quorn sausages and mash, made the veg jollof rice (in the freebie book that came with this months SW mag) that was really tasty.

Thanks Queenie. My JP not so nom nom :-( Had it in a cafe and it was soggy and hard at the same time! I love my JP's done at home under the coal fire, nom nom!
