Hi there and Happy New Year......:D

I am just starting the pro points plan as i understand it vegetables is are all free.. so i bought this classic vegetable layer with english butter from Marks and Spencer, you have to put it in the microwave and it cooks ..so i thought you would just point the butter is that right? but when i put in the details on the pack in the online calculator its telling me its 6 points..Howe is this possible when it is all veg with a tiny knob of butter is it because the calculator doesnt know its all veg? I am really confused if i had cooked this at home i would of just pointed the butter and not the veg...arghhhhhh urgent help pleasssssse i put on 4llb over xmas and need to lose 2 stone so panicccccccc

Not ALL veg is 0ppts, things like peas, sweetcorn, parsnips, some beans and potatoes (and some other veg) need to be pointed. Did it have any of these in?? Also my leader said that some ready meals have things added to them so have added points.

Hi Ty for your reply,

It has in it courgettes, carrotts broccoli and potatoes but theres not enough butter and potatoes to make it 6 points the whole thing is only 320g and potatoes are only 29% butter 6%

they are raw so uncooked and have no other added ingredients etc ARGHHHHHHHH

shall i just stick to 6 points or just point the butter and potato?:confused::cry:

Although the courgette carrot & broccoli is 0 points on WW Pro Points, they still have nutritional value. The total NVs on the packaging will take this into consideration when you put the numbers in the calculator.

Personally, I would point the tatties, and the butter, and count 4pp for the lot, to be on the safe side :)
