Well it's a new year so it calls for a new diary!

I gained 5lb over Xmas and new year and soooo to lose what I want to lose I need to lose 47lb or 61lb to feel comfortable! Then....

In September am trying for a baby :) mine and my new partners first but 3rd child between us!

Sooooo I need to lose this fat!!!

Each week I will post my loss or gain after I weigh in on a wednesday and each day a food diary!

Yesterdays food diary

RED DAY

Breakfast:
28g porridge (b)
Semi skimmed milk (a)

Lunch:
Wholemeal bread (b)
Extra light Mayo tbs (0.5)
Tomato
Lettuce
Cuecumber
Ham
Celery
Carrot
Pear
Banana

Dinner:
Salmon
Broccoli
Carrots
Parsley sauce (1.5)

Snack:
Apple
French fries (4)
Milk for teas and sauce 142ml (3.5)
Sugar tsp (1)

Total syns: 10.5

EXTRA EASY

Breakfast:

2x alpen light bars (b)
Ham and tomato omlette

Lunch:

Butternut squash red pepper soup - bns onion spices carrots red pepper
Salt and vinegar belight crisps 6.5

Dinner:

Spagetti, mince beef, onions tomato

Snacks:
250ml semi skim milk in coffees
2x after 8's (4)
4x sugar free sweets (2)

Total syns: 12.5
 
Friday 7/1/11

Today went mums n had drink n Chinese

Breakfast:

2x alpen light (6)

Lunch:

1xwholemeal bread
Egg Mayo (extra light 0.5)
Cellery
Pepper
Cuecumber
Sugarfree jelly (0.5)
French fries (4)

Dinner:

Beef chow mein (8)

Snacks:

250ml ssmilk (a)
Banana
Apple
Pear
Sugar free sweets x2 (0.5)
Tia maria (4.5)
Malibu(2.5)

2x fried egg (1)

1x wm bread (b)

Pork biryarni
Rice

Snacks:

hi leanne, my goal loss is 4st, but i'm aiming to lose about 2st before getting pregnant, would be great to lose all 4 but i'm excited at the prospect of having a baby so i'm hoping that i fall pregnant in the next few months x
 
Ohhhh you already trying then? :)

I wanna lose about just under 4st! Then try!

I'm not trying till September as my son will be starting school and partners son will be 2 years and 2 months so be nice age gaps.

So I think I wanna get to target then try! :)

yeah its our first, we haven't started trying properly (working out ovulation etc) just stopped being 'careful' and we'll see what happens and take it from there x

Extra easy day

Breakfast:
Honey nut shredded wheat (b + 4.5)
semi skimmed milk (a)
Orange

Lunch:
Beef
Potatoes
Carrots
White cabbage
Apple
Gravy (1)
Yorki puds x2 (6)
Butter (2)

Skipped dinner as didn't wake till 2pm! So lunch was at 6!

Snacks:
Sugarfree sweets x2 (0.5)
French fries (4)

Total syns: 18
 
Am not putting yesterdays diary up :( I was good in the morning thn lunch we had caterers in as we were meant to before Xmas. I was good at first then temptation took over :( still kept positive and came home to work out syns only to find I went over my weekly allowence by 12.5 I felt crap and tired and we had other half little one and we wanted to spend time with him as his mom changed plans so wedont have him overnight any more. So we had kfc.....

Feel gutted but at least today I am back on it!
Weigh in tomorrow morning!
