Hi,

I have a bag of Sainsbury's 'Italian' potato gnocchi in my freezer, can anyone Help me out with the syns, please?

If it's not on the website the nutritional info is:

Per 100 gr

152 kcal
3.8 protein
33.6 carb
0.3 fat (Saturates - trace)
And the first ingredient is potato.

Thanks. Kinda fancy them for dinner.

ooh thats a shame. My friend had some the other day and I was looking at the ingredients of potato and potato starch and thought that must be free. :-( oh well!!

Its the potato starch that adds the syns I think - but low in syns so still worth using if you like it
