Today u had my first lie in for what seems like an eternity!! So I woke around 11.30am, 12pm to me is dinner time, so would you cram 2 shakes and snacks in before tea or just have one shake and snack if satisfied??? I don't know haha x
Bit late now hehe but I'd say cram in both shakes/bars and your meal, plus a snack because that lot then gives you all your nutrients for the day. That was always the advice when I did CD anyway, guessing this would be the same
