Help - Calorie Counting Books! WHICH ONE???

Hi, I am thinking of starting to count calories. My question is which is the best and most up to date book, preferably UK publication (no offence to anyone, lol!)

I have looked on ebay and amazon but the books I have looked at have mixed reviews. I am looking for something that will help me to count normal foods like raw meat, veg etc. Most books tell you the cooked value.

Any help would be very welcome.

Look forward to your replies. Thanx

Yep google or 'my fitness pal' it has thousands of foods stored on it with calorie, fat, carb, fibre bla bla bla content on it. Good luck with ur journey :) xxx

i use my fitness pal to log, that has lots of entries but i always double and triple check values on google, results tend to be from weightlossforall.com, caloriecountabout.com and weightlossresources.co.uk. I know amazon.co.uk had a number of pocket books to be checking on the go...i decided against them because i couldnt take a sneak peek inside to see just how accurate they were so decided to stick with good old google
