Thanks so much everyone, thanks for all your advice. After a really good LL counselling session last night, think that I am finally back on track.
Had a really good think about why I eat, which I put down to wanting to feel normal and being scared by the weight loss, and just unable to cope with the stress of the week without resorting back to my old friend food.
Put it all behind me now and all psyched for a really good week.
Gain was 3.5 lbs, so not too bad, that will come off this week.
