hi i just started slimming world today, does anyone know how many syns are in master rice thins? hope its not many theyre lovely !

It is 1 syn per 20 calories for things like this - by the way there is a special syn forum where you can post questions about syns values

As said, you can work it out from the calories. if you don't know the calories you can usually find our by googling.
