advice needed?

i cant remember whether ive had 2 or 3 shakes today and dont know whether to risk having another one? :confused: could it knock me out of ketosis? :sigh:
 
No having 4 shakes wont kick you out of ketosis, you are allowed 4 shakes :)

I guess it would be better to have an extra one than to have one less.
 
Can someone give me advice too? If im following the working solution where im having the shakes and a meal - will I ever be in ketosis or is that only possible if youre doing the total replacement? :confused:
 
If your meal is protein/veg only and no carbs, youll get into ketosis

I dont mind too much because although im only on day 2, ive not felt hungry at all so far, so... it probably cant get any better for me at the moment anyway. I can see from other peoples posts that day 3-5 are usually the hardest so- fingers crossed :)
