Can someone give me advice too? If im following the working solution where im having the shakes and a meal - will I ever be in ketosis or is that only possible if youre doing the total replacement?

I dont mind too much because although im only on day 2, ive not felt hungry at all so far, so... it probably cant get any better for me at the moment anyway. I can see from other peoples posts that day 3-5 are usually the hardest so- fingers crossed
