Hi could find the lighter one not sure if this is the one you are looking for..................

1 tsp is 1 syn on all plans
1 tbsp is 3 syns on all plans
Or 28g is 6 1/2 on all plans

You can use 1 syn = 20 calories for stuff like that with no free food allowance.
