Silly question time!

I'm planning my 1st weeks food diary and whilst browsing on here I see people talking about super speed foods. I understand it more or less, but which book tells me which things that in etc?

My books are kinda old and I can see some in the extra easy little book i have, but not all?

Thanks! :D

I've got every book going and I still fall off wagon and struggle, without this site I'd be a hippo

If you were a member recently you should have the Green Food Optimising Book which explains the plan.
Anything on pages 11-19 (Fruit, veg etc.) are all free foods and can be eaten freely.
Select & measure 1 HEA from P21
Select & measure 1 HEB from pages 23-25
You can have 10-15 syns per day from P35 onwards.
Any synned foods that aren't listed in the book can be checked on the Syns value thread on this forum.
Hope this helps?

Thanks :)

I have the old food optimising book, so only has red or green, but i get that i just use the lowest value for EE? I just wonder how i can find out what foods are super speed (I think thats what its called) to speed weight loss?

My book is newer and is geared towards all plans - Extra Easy, Green & Red.
Most fresh fruit & veg listed are speed foods
Some superspeeds are Blackberries, Blackcurrants, Gooseberries, Grapefruit, Lemons, Limes, melon (except watermelon), Raspberries, Redcurrants, Rhubarb, Strawberries - most of the rest are speeds.
None of the veg is listed as superspeed - almost all are speeds.
Tinned beans, broad beans, butter beans, cannellini beans, garden peas, mushy peas are all superspeed.
Cod, haddock, monkfish, plaice, whiting, clams, cockles, crab, oysters, whelks, winkles - all superspeed
Hope this helps?

Speed foods have an S next to them. Super speed foods have SS.
