Started weight watchers today an ive already made a mess of it,
had soup 131 cals
2 ryvita with tomato 75 cal
3 ryvita with tomato 110 cal
chicken, mixed veg n 2 new potato 500 cals
3 ryvita with tomato 110 cal, 1 can of diet coke and 2 glasses water :-( gutted.
personal trainer comes 10th jan once a week to get me fit n keep n eye on me.
start weight 17 stone :-(
goal weight 11 stone
