Hey, you probably won't remember me but I joined here when doing SW after my first baby & lost 2stone, I was a couple of lb off my target and then fell pregnant with my second so stopped... Now I'm back to do it all over again lol!!

My son has a dairy intolerance and I'm breastfeeding so I've been on a dairy free diet for 6 months and haven't lost any weight, I've actually gained somehow :( he's now able to tolerate some dairy in my diet so I'm back on SW!

I'm a bit rusty so expect questions lol, I'm also doing it at home this time so hoping I can stay motivated! x

hello! im back to.....good luck on your journey x

welcome back and congrats on the birth.

Hi MumsTums. Welcome back! I'm in a very similar position as you, last year I had lost over 2 stone and was 1 stone away from my target, when I got pregnant with 3rd baby. Am now over 4 stone away from my target but feeling great to be back on plan.

Good luck! Do you have the info re extra HE's you get when breastfeeding? It all depends on age of baby and if they are being weaned etc. I'll add it here in case you don't:

4-6 months = 4 extra HE's if breastmilk is only source of food for baby (recommended that you make 2 of those extras a source of calcium - that could include fish such as sardines as it is high in calcium or tofu which is really high)

over 6 months when weaning - 1 extra HE

Take care x

Thanks for the info!! As far as that goes I should have 1 extra but my little one is struggling with his weight so his dietician said I should have more calories to boost him so at the moment I'm having 2-3 extras a day and will see what happens as obviously his health is more important at the moment! x
