Sports Bra

Evening all. Hope everyone is having a fab day.

Can anyone recommend a decent sports bra please? I am a 42DD and have never had to buy one before as surprisingly exercise hasn't been a big feature in my life before now :D. After working out tonight and faced with the prospect of 2 black eyes I think it is time to invest!

Price doesn't matter too much (within reason) as it's an important buy!

Thanks in advance xxxxx

Do you know what kind of size they go up to in TK maxx?

nike pro are probably the best sports bra ive got... not sure if they support bigger boobs but i havent got much and the support is very good

I've found that they do a wide range of sizes, but you sometimes have to time it right depending on stock. If I'm in I always check the sports section

I've had some excellent sports bra's from M&S. I'm a 38D and they properly strap them down so they don't move when I run (same cannot be said for my gut!).

Just had a look on the site and the one I had isn't on there at the moment, but they did have this one in your size: http://www.marksandspencer.com/Extra-Impact-Underwired-Racerback-Sports/dp/B004F3R1P0

It's more than I would spend on a bra, but well worth the investment as cheap ones just don't do the same job (my sister wears two at a time with her cheap sports bras). I think mine was £12 or £16, and I think they go up to your size too.

Thanks for that Jenny - looks ideal.

Col - I can assure you, they are some before pictures you don't want to see :8855::eek: xxx

I wear my own bra with a Primark sports bra / crop top type thing on top that was only about £6. It is amazing for jogging, before when I was running my boobs used to be quite uncomfortable but now they don't move an inch! (sorry Steve, too much information)

Other options for finding sports bras are John Lewis (shock absorbers or something like that) or Bravissimo.

Good luck !

Also have a look at figleaves.co.uk

I just avoid running, no matter how much i loose i don't loose boobage! Currently a 38f! Was a 36e till i fell pregnant in 2006!

I'm 32FF and I swear by shock absorbers. I jog, and they do the trick! They ahve support levels and I go for a level 4 or 5. I wouldn't get anything else

I use a website called Less Bounce which are great for sports bras and they usually have some on offer too.
