I am new today

Hi---I just found this site by accident today---it looks great--I still have a lot to learn, and intend to explore more, as soon as I get the time. I just want to dsay a big hallo to everyone.

Anyone else out there about my age--70 !! And are you finding it difficult to lose weight ?/
