Hi Guys and Girls, i'm a newcomer to the forum but have been involved with SW since October. I'm 20 and i weigh 16stone 9 lbs and previously i tried other diets but i could keep the motivation up after a few months
In October, i started the SW diet with my mum(she wanted someone to help keep her motivated) and it's worked wonders for her as she's managed to lose half a stone. However, after the first week i dropped down to 16 stone 4 lbs but since then its been constantly the same weight right up to xmas. Now we the xmas celebrations, im expecting to go up nearer to my original weight on my first weigh in on 2011 but i'm using this as a new starting stone. i Was hoping i could get some hints and tips to help shed the pounds as im not sure why i was keeping a constant weight over the last few months.
I'm a Pescetarian but i dont tend to eat a lot of fish on my own accord, its usually when im eating out. i've created a 7 day planner for this week food wise but was wondering whether there are any food suggestions to help booster my progress? I keep gettin told about eating fruit and superfree foods but fruit is a heavy part of my diet anyway and its starting to become quite boring.
